Message Customer car that won't idle. It's will for a few seconds and then die off.

The O2s (both) are not reading at all using Consult or Ztalk. They are both new sensors. I swapped out the passenger side with another sensor I had, no change. I tested the harness/wiring for the O2s all the way back to the ecu and there is continuity.

Fuel pressure is good and spot on. Working fine.

Tried a different ecu with no change as well

Idle valve adjustment will not change the idle. I can't get the reading in consult/ztalk to change when adjusting it. I removed it, cleaned it, checked all the parts and they tested good per the fsm. Everything checks out.

tps is working fine. I also changed it out for the heck of it.

Another thing I "think" I noticed is the ecu timing is saying 15 even when cold and I know it shouldn't be doing this. I didn't notice until the car was starting to warm up but it was still way too cold for it to be at 15. I'll check this again tomorrow when the car is fully cold.

I'm missing something and could use some ideas. Car will run fine if I hold the throttle down a little to bring the rpms up. O2s still will not read though.
